Accident On Highway 12 in Mossyrock.


The above maroon Volkswagen was struck by a passing truck, seen above in the background and a green van above. Jeoffrey, a junior at Morton High School was rushed to Morton General Hospital for an examination. This is the intersection of Highway 12 and Williams St. where only blinking yellow caution lights are installed. The only location on Highway 12 between I-5 and White Pass with Red Stop lights is located at Mary's Corner, located at Jackson Highway and Highway 12.


Kim Carlson, EMT at Mossyrock Fire District # 3 in Mossyrock was one of the first Medical Aides on the scene. 5 years as an EMT in Mossyrock, she's witnessed her share of accidents at this location. "I would love to see a traffic stop light here, I've seen my share of accidents" Kim Carlson
