Properties Plus, Inc. was founded by John Halvorsen in 1985. Most of the services provided in those days were contracted with a hand shake. The days of only a hand shake are gone but our commitment to our customers has never changed. We take pride in offering you the best possible product at a reasonable price. We have a full office staff to provide you with the best possible service. Our site and construction foreman are some of the best in the business with over 100 years of combined experience.

Today John Halvorsen and Shari Nowlen, with the assistance of department managers Jason Keim, Frank Nisbet, and Mike White, have the same values and principals that have moved the company forward for the last twenty one years.
