21 Real Estate Center is a company owned by Duane
Hopper and based in Lynnwood. There are four sister offices. They
are located in Eatonville, Puyallup, Federal Way, and Everett. Our market
area is huge. We have agents located all up and down the I-5 corridor.
We are all considered to be self employed, giving us the ability to make
decisions using our own best judgement with relatively free rein. Marketing
and technology are extremely important in todays market and Duane encourages
us to use what is available to us. Duane is also a member of the board
at Century 21 Corporate so we often are used as experimental guinea pigs
